Once your dog has been assessed you are able to book them into our day care centre any time, simply complete the form below and one of our team will be in touch to confirm your booking. Our centre is open Monday to Friday, 8am till 6pm, excluding bank holidays. Please double check that there are no spelling errors when inputting your email address as this may prevent you from receiving booking confirmation.

Terms and Conditions

Here at Mansfield Doggy Day Care, our two main priorities are both the safety and happiness of each dog within our care, so it’s very important that you read, understand and agree to the following information.

All dogs must have been assessed by one of our doggy day care assistants and registered prior to booking in for daycare. If your dog has not yet had an assessment with us, please visit our (assessment booking) page to make an appointment
We operate a zero tolerance policy towards aggressive behaviour from dogs at daycare. We reserve the right to suspend or withdraw registration of any dogs that show aggressive behaviours whilst attending daycare. The safety of both staff and other dogs present at daycare is absolutely paramount.
We require a minimum of 24 hours notice prior to your date of booking.
We ask for a week's notice for cancellation of Day Care. After this period, cancellations made up to 24 hours prior to booking will be refunded by 50%, and cancellations within 24 hours prior to booking will be non-refundable, unless under special circumstances.
All dogs must be in good health when attending daycare. Owners may be required to collect their dogs earlier than specified in the event of a dog being unwell. They also may need to be cared for in our isolation room until collection, this may b for their own safety or for the protection of other dogs present at daycare, especially when the illness is suspected to be contagious.
Once you have submitted your booking request, we will get back to you via email with confirmation of the availability of the dates and times you have requested, along with payment details. Only once payment has been received, the booking will then be complete.
