HAVE A QUESTION?
A: We’re open Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays and Christmas shut down) from 7.45am until 6.00pm.
A: Once your dog has completed their registration and attended an assessment, you will then be able to book via our customer portal where you can request daycare dates, view and amend upcoming bookings, safely and securely pay online and much more.
A: Of course, if they’re with us for their usual mealtimes, we will happily feed them upon your request and keep them within their regular routine. All we need from you is to send them along with a packed lunch with their usual food.
